STORIES
I've been painting a LOT on paper for awhile. Did a number of colorful abstracts and now some not quite as colorful abstracts. I'm finding some newer imagery coming into view and it is exciting to me. As I may have mentioned before my mind is pretty much as blank as the paper or canvas or panel that awaits me on the studio walls. Then, on goes the music (Future Islands at this time...has been Glen Hansard, Fergus O'Farrell or Dylan in the past) and the paint starts moving. Sometimes flying as I had to clean up a big splotch of Hooker's Green today from my feet. So, let me just put up some of the images that have been coming to me of late and please take your time and enjoy them. I surely did enjoy painting and drawing them. The first few are all 22x30" and on paper. CALLIGRAPHIC BONES ON A SALTY DAY STORIES Next come a couple of small diptychs on paper...both are 11 x 22" THE HEART OF EVERYTHING THAT IS thanks for looking at these new images. I'm happy with them. There are lots more if you go to the LATEST WORK section of the site. And please feel free to leave a comment for me. I like to know people actually see this. Happy April everyone!
